Femtonics - Research scientist (biológus kutató) - Femtonics

Career

Being deeply inspired about developing hi-tech devices supporting medical science and about forming a passionate team.

Research scientist (biológus kutató)

We are seeking highly motivated and talented scientists to join our laboratory, which is supervised in collaboration by the Laboratory of 3D Functional Network and Dendritic Imaging of the Institute of Experimental Medicine and the Institute of Molecular and Clinical Ophthalmology Basel. Our research projects focus on understanding the function of largescale neuronal networks both in the cortex and the retina during vision and complex behavioral tasks. We are interested in mapping neuronal networks of the visual cortex and retina in awake, behaving animals, both in rodents and primates. We combine fast optical measurements with photoactivation techniques, electrophysiological measurements (patch clamp, LFP), and neuroanatomy. See more at twophotonimaging.eu.
